Annual Subscription

New purchasers of DIVORCEmate One licenses and Annual Subscribers in subsequent years receive a full year of DIVORCEmate One software updates and software support. The Annual Subscription entitles you to unlimited Client Files for the number of products, modules and license(s) purchased.

General Information About Annual Subscription

	This Annual Subscription fee is based on the number of licensed DIVORCEmate computers and the different products and modules you purchased. The Annual Subscription fee for all DIVORCEmate One products (Forms One, Tools One, Precedents One) including all modules is a maximum of $790 + taxes per year for the first licensed computer; each additional Annual Subscription computer license is $158 + taxes. If your firm does not have all DIVORCEmate One products and modules, your Annual Subscription will be less.
	Users on Annual Subscription (or who have made their initial DIVORCEmate software purchase) receive a unique and confidential Customer Number.
	All Annual Subscribers or new DIVORCEmate One purchasers must register their computer license(s) within 30 days of DIVORCEmate One installation.
	Provided your account or Annual Subscription is up-to-date, registration of each DIVORCEmate One product is completed online and takes a few seconds. Manual registration is available by contacting DIVORCEmate technical support.
	If you need to move a DIVORCEmate One license from one computer to another, or you are replacing an older DIVORCEmate One registered computer with a newer computer, you MUST “unregister” your software and put the license(s) back into your license “inventory”. Simply reverse the steps in the registration process.
