DIVORCEmate Forms One allows you to efficiently create and manage your court forms using the word processor of your choice. Input your client's data into the intuitive DIVORCEmate interface, select the opposing counsel from your DIVORCEmate lawyers database, and you are ready to effortlessly create as many forms for your client as you desire. DIVORCEmate Forms One will create a folder for your client's completed forms and will prompt you to save each form in that folder at the end of the DIVORCEmate document assembly process.

Forms One Features
Ability to archive and/or purge old files.
Word-processor based: Uses only your existing MS Word 97/2000/XP or Corel WordPerfect 8/9/10.
Simple, straight-forward, “Merge Information” screen: automatically merges repetitive lawyer, client, and child(ren) information into all court forms; simply click the client, click the desired form, click Merge!
Summary of Client File Information: neat and organized list by file name, Parties, Other Lawyer, and “file last updated date”.
List of “Available Forms” and “Completed Forms” for each client file: neat and orderly lists of files available and started or completed for each client file.
Law Firm Database: keeps lawyer, law firm and address information for immediate and/or future use.
QuickFind: instantly locate desired court forms.
Most word-processing features and benefits are available: virtually nothing new to learn; use paragraph numbering or outlining; change fonts, bold, italics; strikeout; double line spacing; cut, copy, paste; add rows or delete rows in tables; unlimited undo.
Unlimited Parties: additional parties are simply created and neatly appear in the Title of Proceedings. Includes Children’s Lawyer, as applicable.
Case Management Warning: set time limited warning from 0 to 200 days.
Firm Individual File Number: ability to keep “Firm’s individual file number”.
Ability to create your own custom form templates.
E-mail ready: e-mail court form file as a word-processing document or Acrobat .PDF file.
Expansion: add rows and delete rows - unlimited expansion in math based forms.
Automatically creates a folder/directory for each client: Optionally the software will create individual client folders for each client in a directory specified.
Court forms are stable and user friendly: most input areas are expandable as required; simply click and input, forms are designed to be consistent and stable.
Unlimited expansion: each input area expands as required; one continuous form, in the proper order. No need to add extra pages at the end of the document, since most input areas are infinitely expandable!
One-touch mathematical totalling: All mathematical calculations total automatically with the click of a toolbar button.
Add custom notes anywhere: Input information and notes just about anywhere on the form, even change the original form “template”.
