Precedents One is a document creation program from DIVORCEmate Software Inc. It utilizes a checklist format to create a customized and comprehensive separation agreement draft based on the wealth of knowledge (clauses and commentary) contained in the Law Society of Upper Canada’s CLE book Separation Agreement Annotated.
The software uses “document assembly” which enables family law professionals to create better and more comprehensive separation agreement “drafts” in less time. These draft agreements are then reviewed, completed and customized using the lawyer's experience and drafting skills.
