The Precedents One Separation Agreement has its roots in the Law Society of Upper Canada's CLE book Separation Agreement Annotated originally published in March 2002. Many aspects of family law have evolved and changed considerably since that time and the DIVORCEmate agreement has been kept current by DIVORCEmate's S. Christine Montgomery B.A., LL.B., a well respected and brilliant drafter and legal writer.
DIVORCEmate offers two separation agreements for Ontario (standard and interim), and one tailored for British Columbia. The Ontario agreements may be purchased by firms outside of Ontario and British Columbia by special request.
